Multifaceted developed professional with over 16 years of experience in USA, Europe and Asia.

Boyko is also the author of the book "If I can do it – you can do it too". The book is in Bulgarian – „Щом аз мога, и ти можеш" (Publisher Ciela).

Denis is young professional with almost 10 years of experience in Hospitality. Most of them spent in Radisson Blu Grand Hotel. He is our Trainer responsible for Front Office Trainings.

Full with enthusiasm, energetic and at the same time pragmatic. Professional in Rooms Division, who continuously developing his career from Front Desk Agent back in 2008 to Assistant FOM in Ramada Sofia.

Denis has already conducted several trainings in 4/5 star properties in Bulgaria which gave him self-confidence and made him expert in Front Office Department questions.

Dilyan Borisov

Housekeeping Trainer

 

 

Dilyan is one of the young Bulgarians with a promising career in tourism that brings the spirit of change. His career in regional tourism starts in 2011 in the largest city hotel Dedeman Princess Sofia Hotel (now Ramada Hotel Princess Sofia). He manages to unleash his potential in Sense Hotel Sofia, part of the portfolio of Design Hotels.

For the past several years he has conducted several successful trainings at hotels in the country. In the last year holds the position Executive Housekeeper in Murite Club Hotel.

Dilyan is in charge with Housekeeping training modules at Boyman.
