Our client, an international company specaliazed in forex market is looking for Retention Specialist with English to join their new team in Sofia.
What are the requirements for the position:
- Fluent English language, speaking and writing.
- No experience in the sphere is needed. The company provides intensive training.
- Very good analyzing information skills, analytical skills and proactive.
What will be your primary duties:
- The role is responsible for selling clients the product (forex market software products)and industry solutions directly to customers (B2C) in a variety of industry sectors.
- Each candidate will be specialized in a set of related offerings known as a disciplines, and assigned to specific opportunities where they possess the sales and technical expertise required to conduct all phases of the sales cycle.
- For assigned opportunities, each candidate will be responsible for closing the sale.
- Each candidate will have developed an understanding of the sales processes, techniques and tools in the discipline, which include, but are not limited to opportunity / territory management, availability management, network management, application development, cost justification, recovery services, and acquisition management.
